Chris’s role is an extremely busy and essential one. She works closely with the Principal and will be in contact with you to introduce herself and provide you with support in relation to your sale or purchase.
Her crucial role involves co-ordinating access to properties for photography, building inspections and other appointments. She will collect any necessary marketing information from you and liaise closely with you in relation to all your marketing needs.
Chris also communicates with solicitors to ensure exchanges and settlements run smoothly for all parties. Her ‘can-do’ attitude means she is always available to make your appointments, marketing aspects and situations stress-free in your buying or selling process.
