Our Property Management department is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service to both our landlords and tenants by harnessing the most cutting-edge processes and systems available. They expertly oversee one of the largest rental portfolios in the ACT, South Coast and its neighbouring regions, managing a rent roll comprising over 2,300 properties.
The Corporate Team serves as the nucleus of our organisation, offering indispensable services and unwavering support to our Sales and Property Management teams.. The Corporate Team is made up of Operations, Administration, IT, Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, Property Management leaders and Management.

After spending 10 years with the brand in various teams rising through the ranks, and then moving on to make a name for himself, Blackshaw is proud to welcome Rowan back home into the Woden office.
Rowan started his career in hospitality and not long after worked under the leadership of Blackshaw’s Managing Director, Andrew Chamberlain. Realising then his drive to serve combined with his ambition to deliver top results was best suited for a career in real estate. He considers his work a duty of care, “the stakes are just too high when you’re responsible for the sale of your client’s life savings.”
Rowan returns with much experience navigating the sector independently. He values the strength in the brand now more than ever, and being part of a network of colleagues who perform at an exemplary level.

Adam Jones, former aeronautical engineer raised on a cattle farm, has spent the last 16 years of his career instituting himself as the property expert in his community.
Known by his peers for his warm confidence, innate ability to build rapport, his mastery of negotiation, and thrilling pastime jumping off mountains on a hang glider. Adam Jones is a visionary who understands the true value he brings his clients—”the genuine ability to get them as much as they possibly can.”
Adam is no stranger to the Blackshaw brand. He’s come up head-to-head with it since the start of his career and has a deep respect for the steadfast regional expertise Blackshaw’s brand emotes in the ACT. His wife, a senior property manager with Blackshaw at the Manuka office, has been eagerly anticipating this move for some time.
While working 12 years with a competitor, a brief encounter with Michael Braddon, Franchise Principal of the Blackshaw Gungahlin office, left him thinking, “I’d like to be working with him someday.”
At the first opportunity available, Adam joins Michael and his team in Gungahlin.
