What are we looking for?
The original Blackshaw Real Estate agency, Blackshaw Manuka, are building their team and looking for a Management Assistant to join the leadership team. This is a brand new position working closely with our Managing Director.
The role will include:
Policy/procedure development – onboarding/induction
Managing director profile management – internal & external
Listing management support – including government contracts
Redundancy – gap filling where required
The successful candidate should have the following:
Be highly organised
Be calm and confident
Have strong attention to detail
Management experience desirable
Be motivated and showing initiative
Have fantastic written and verbal communication skills
