We’re looking for a Sales & Property Management Administration Assistant to become the welcoming face of our office and the backbone of our day‑to‑day operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to build a career in real estate administration.

What you’ll be doing

Managing reception: greeting clients, answering phones, opening/closing and overseeing the front office
Providing administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams
Preparing documents, data entry, filing and general office coordination
Ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally every day

What we’re looking for

A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Interest in real estate or a desire to grow in the industry
