Blackshaw Real Estate is seeking a creative, organised and driven Marketing Manager to join and lead our Corporate Marketing Team. In this role, you will support the delivery of marketing initiatives across our network, helping maintain a consistent and professional brand across every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in marketing who enjoys bringing ideas to life across print, digital, and social channels while maintaining strong brand standards. As part of a fast-paced and supportive team, you will contribute to a variety of projects including brand campaigns, events, social media content, and internal communications. We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, and excited to grow their skills within a well-established real estate brand.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage tasks for the marketing team
Proofread and review marketing materials for approval
Work with external marketing agencies to develop and execute brand marketing requirements
Support the production, creative development and maintenance of print marketing materials, social media assets and content
Assist with events and training, including managing production of internal communication and event collateral
Coordinate and manage social and online campaigns and content creation
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Present marketing analytics and insights to the leadership team, with recommendations
Skills & Experience:
Qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience in a marketing role
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
Experience leading a team or managing projects
Strong organisational and time management skills
Understanding of branding principles and maintaining brand standards
Real estate industry experience is advantageous but not essential

The role will be Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm and based at our Blackshaw Corporate office located at the lawns in Manuka.
