Ethan Fisher
Sales Administration Assistant

Honesty, integrity and wholehearted service sit at the centre of Ethan Fisher’s approach to real estate.
Confident, down-to-earth, fun and vibrant, Ethan is always up for a chat and has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. As a Sales Associate to his wife, Jess Fisher, and Blackshaw Coastal Principal Pat Jameson, Ethan also supports buyers across the office as Buyer Manager. His focus is on making every buyer and seller feel valued, understood and completely looked after throughout their property journey.
“I want people to feel at home dealing with me and know they have someone genuinely in their corner. For me, it is about listening, understanding what people are truly looking for and helping them feel confident in every decision they make.”
Ethan’s early career in the Australian Army, followed by many years as a qualified plumber, local business owner and TAFE NSW teacher, has shaped his strong work ethic, attention to detail and practical approach. His knowledge of homes, construction and build quality offers buyers a valuable perspective, while his teaching background has strengthened his ability to explain things clearly and relate to people on their level.
Having been welcomed into the extended Blackshaw Coastal family since meeting Jess, joining the team felt like a natural next step. Over the years,
Ethan found himself falling in love with real estate almost as much as he fell in love with Jess.
After leaving Brisbane at 17 and living across Australia, Ethan moved to the South Coast 15 years ago and has never wanted to leave. His children were born and raised here, and he proudly lives and breathes the Eurobodalla.
Outside of work, Ethan is a netball dad, aspiring golfer, husband extraordinaire and committed supporter of local restaurants and businesses. Professional but never corporate, he is still just as likely to be found on a building site, under a house or covered in dirt and mud as he is helping buyers through an open home.
