Vaughan Liddicoat
Sales Consultant

The biggest property decisions are rarely just about property.
More often, they're about recognising that life has entered a new season, a growing family, children leaving home, retirement, or an unexpected opportunity.
Whatever the reason, those moments deserve more than someone to facilitate a transaction. They deserve someone who brings perspective, strategic thinking and the confidence to take the next step.
That philosophy has guided Vaughan Liddicoat since he first entered real estate in 2003 under the mentorship of respected Canberra real estate agent and developer Albert Stavaruk. It was there he learnt that the role of an agent isn't to convince people what to do, but to help them understand their choices, ask better questions and move forward with confidence.
Vaughan also believes that while an agent is engaged by the vendor, the responsibility extends well beyond marketing a property.
It's about protecting the owner's interests, identifying the right buyer, negotiating the best outcome the market can deliver and without compromising the vendor's position.
Beyond real estate, Vaughan became a Professional Ballroom dancer representing Australia in several world championships, built an international dance business and spent years coaching people to perform at their best under pressure.
Although the setting changed, the purpose remained the same: earning trust, preparing with discipline and standing beside people when the stakes were highest.
Today, as part of Blackshaw Manuka, Vaughan approaches every client relationship with a deep sense of stewardship. He believes that when someone entrusts you with one of the most significant financial and personal moments of their life, that trust carries an obligation to prepare thoroughly, lead calmly under pressure and provide advice that always puts the client's interests first.
His role isn't simply to help people buy or sell property. It's to help them make choices they'll feel confident about long after the move, as the next season of life begins.
If you’re considering buying, selling, or investing, Vaughan would welcome the opportunity to have a conversation with you feel free to call on 0404 746 033, e-mail or connect via the following links https://lnk.bio/vaughanliddicoat
