What are we looking for?

The original Blackshaw Real Estate agency, Blackshaw Manuka, is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team. We have an office-based administration position available in our sales team working alongside several agents.

The role will include:

You will be responsible for various administrative tasks associated with marketing, listing, and selling property. Templates and systems are ready and at your finger tips. You will be trained within our office and included in weekly admin / sales team meetings. You will have the opportunity to attend quarterly training provided by experienced trainers and motivational speakers, as well as attending our annual Blackshaw awards night to celebrate achievements accomplished throughout the year. You are also presented with opportunities to attend / assist at open homes and auctions at your discretion.

The successful candidate should have the following:

Be professionally presented
Have strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Be consistent and highly reliable
Have a reliable car and Australian Driver's Licence
Have excellent customer service skills and experience
Ability to show initiative and pre-empt tasks before requested
Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment
Obtain or willing to obtain an ACT Assistant Agent Certificate in Property Services (If requested)
